Southern Style Pecan
Fudge

Ingredients:
1 lb. Confectioner's sugar
6 T Butter
1/2 C Cocoa
1/4 C Milk
1 T Vanilla
1/4 t Salt
1 C Chopped pecans
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and
salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread
mixture quickly in buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares.
Makes 2 dozen pieces.
